The Thief, The Conman, The Rapist Theogene Rudasingwa Cannot Comment on Rwandan Issues

Dr Theogene Rudasingwa is the latest to voice support for the visit of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to this region. Of all people, it should have been anyone else but him. 

Rudasingwa is everything, but credible, to make any legitimate overview of the happenings in the great lakes region. He is willing to say anything, as long as it keeps him on the US government food stamps. 

For the record, here is who exactly Dr Theogene Rudasingwa is. Because of his callousness, it earned him the name REDCOM. Who can take seriously a person who as early as 1982 could blackmail his fellow Rwandan students including his relatives and members of the Rwandan business community in Kampala?

He conned them to deposit large sums of money with a fictitious Mr “REDCOM CX-1200” in return for personal security. 

In Rwanda, lucky to be a senior official, Rudasingwa blackmailed people, with the promise of favours in exchange for money. Of course the victims got nothing. When they reclaimed their money, he threatened to “finish” them. 

Bursted and unable to continue his extortion scheme, Rudasingwa fled Rwanda, to join partners in crime. Together they formed the terrorist outfit Rwanda National Congress (RNC). 

It wasn’t long before they were fighting amongst themselves over who should control money conned from unsuspecting Rwandan diaspora members. 

Since then, people have lost count of the outfits Rudasingwa has formed which he hoped to use to continue deceiving Rwandan diaspora members. The current extortion outfits are “Rwanda Truth Commission” and “Rwanda Freedom Movement”. 

To give just one example of the desperate fellow Rudasingwa is, to remain relevant to the happenings in Rwanda, is when he claimed in November last year that Rwandan intelligence is behind Ugandan Allied Democratic Front (ADF) rebels, yet the whole world knows it’s ISIS connection. 

It cannot be forgotten of a young woman Rudasingwa took into his home purportedly to support her since she was an orphan, only to turn her into his sex slave. All the while, Rudasingwa knew he had a half brother Gerald Gahima who was the prosecutor general. That was assured protection. 

The precursor to Secretary Blinken’s visit is based on frivolous assumptions. The reason why he is getting applause from the Rudasingwas. 

When your actions don’t have the best of intentions, you end up having friends as the likes of Rudasingwa.

The genesis of Dr David Himbara's anger

Dr David Himbara never recovered from being refused entry into Village Urugwiro. Around the end of 2009, Himbara was replaced from his job in Office of the President. The following day, Himbara woke up very early as usual going to work. At the entrance, the presidential security couldn’t let him in. It’s obvious, because security protocols require that any guests are recorded beforehand. He had no invitation. Did ‘Hotel Rwanda’’s Paul Rusesabagina Just Sabotage Armenia-Azerbaijan Peace?

Paul Rusesabagina came to fame two decades ago as the hero in the movie  Hotel Rwanda . While reality was not as Hollywood depicted, fame sparked first ambition and then, failing to gain support in Rwanda, bitterness.
